One day in February 1990, I had maybe $5 in my wallet . . .

After wolfing that meal down I was so disgusted with myself I became a pescatarian. Literally overnight. And haven't looked back since.

A5 is sometimes too fatty, and I sometimes prefer a lower grade. I have to really be "in the mood" for an A5 grade steak.

Agree on it being overly fatty
Love it, yet it can get to be a bit much at times. Saw the Costco special and debated, yet that's a large qty for just the wife and i. Wonder how it would dry age.
Their 6lb version sold out but also have the filet mignon option in 3lb pack…maybe next year I’ll try that.
