I was just curious about the weight of the Elegante compared to Jays tests of his CTS. This is pretty light but now I’m really impressed by the CTS since it’s a chrono movement + Ti bracelet!

Some additional Elegante, as the theme of the day.
I tried these on a little while back at the Boutique in NYC.
I have definitely not come around to the non mechanical aspect of these watches. My wife and I were close to buying one as a shared watch in 2019 (maybe 2018) but in the end didn’t pull the trigger. With the increase in retail prices for the Elegante since that time I think any potential justifications I may have had back then are long gone.
I do like the design of course. And the concept. And the idea of having something Journe without the added stress that many of the watches carry today (valuations, difficulty to acquire).
These Gino’s Dream pair are quite fun.
The Elegant doesn’t speak to me for the moment.
I don’t feel attracted at all, but maybe someday!
