I believe numbers 1-20 had a gold second hand and 21-100 had a steel blue second hand, in general, but I recall seeing one exception to that general rule. The Lange 1 moonphase with the white dial, printed markers, and blue hands was made for the Italian market. I really like white-dial Langes. Notice that they used the fat hour hand on this model, too, rather than the thinner hour hand that we usually see.
Also, the bracelet on that Lange 1 isn't a Lange bracelet. It's a $200 steel Shinola bracelet (which I think looks better than the Lange Wellendorf bracelet due to the slightly curved endlinks).
