exactly this is the impression i´ve got too and i find it quite amazing.
And it does tells a bit about the brand, doesn´t it?
Apart from the fact i prefer MUCH to talk about the objects, rather than their price 
It´s so much more fun this way.

3% is almost the same as the inflation. Don't they need to ask more ? I think their profit margin will in that case also be more or less raise with 3% per year I would not invest (and I'm realy talking about the company when I say 'invest' I DON'T see wat...

A few random thoughts/remarks from me too. I agree, it seems that Lange owners appreciate their watches more then, say, Patek owners. Look at the posts made at Lange and Patek forums. Question regarding investment value are more often found on Patek forum...
