Absolutely unacceptable!
I had terrible experiences with my AP 15202 too. Never been much of a fan of AP until the 15202 came out. Within 30 mins after getting the watch from my friendly AD, I noticed that the watch was slow despite a good wind before it left the shop. I shook the watch gently, the hour hand spun around loosely! Watch back to AD. Few weeks went by, fixed. Thinking the ordeal was over, I wore it on and off every few weeks / months, each and every time with at least 100 winds before wearing. However, the watch would stop in the middle of the night despite the 100 winds and wearing it pretty much the whole day... Watch now with Hong Kong Servcie centre via my AD, and according to the latter, the centre was "waiting for parts to arrive" about a month ago...two months have elapsed since sending the watch in without any further news about its status. AD will check for me again...stay away from AP!!! I own a number of PP, Lange, and FPJ and never had issues like this before...

I placed both of my AP aside and placed my Ceramic Daytona to my wrist. That watch represents beauty, value and real quality . Far from being rubbish. I really enjoy mine. Best my friend, Kari

On the other hand; my two RO have been "serviced" 4 times plus movement change. I did not get one single answer from AP. Luckily, a nice master watchmaker explained me some of the problems after having a look without opening the back. Best, Kari

Doubtful of a full refund
but i hope they manage to make things right replace the entire watch and triple QC the damn watch. Surprised for a company of such standing to have such issue so soon after the repair. Keep your chin up they will do the right thing.

I have had several jumbo's, but this new 15202 is supposed to get a yellow gold rotor, while yours doesn't seem to be yellow at all, except for a small part. I am a bit confused. is it any LE?

I know AP approves design of the personalised oscillating weight and i doubt they would put one that would do this to the movement? some other reason perhaps.

What is that stuff on the movement anyway? Dirt? Oxidation? Hard to tell from the photos. Whatever it is it is totally unacceptable and AP needs to make this right in a hurry.

Your patience is incredible
I know sometimes shit happens and I think most of us would give vendors we like a shot or two to fix problems, But this is embarrassing. Maybe just bad luck, but bad luck can be fixed by good service. You are a good customer - too good for AP imo.
