It's a real shame to hear about your troubles; for what it's worth my 15300 has had to go back to the shop the most often of my (much, much, much) smaller collection.
It's a mystery why AP has treated you so; they must realize this is bad press amongst the collectors here...

On the other hand; my two RO have been "serviced" 4 times plus movement change. I did not get one single answer from AP. Luckily, a nice master watchmaker explained me some of the problems after having a look without opening the back. Best, Kari

but i hope they manage to make things right replace the entire watch and triple QC the damn watch. Surprised for a company of such standing to have such issue so soon after the repair. Keep your chin up they will do the right thing.

What is that stuff on the movement anyway? Dirt? Oxidation? Hard to tell from the photos. Whatever it is it is totally unacceptable and AP needs to make this right in a hurry.

I know sometimes shit happens and I think most of us would give vendors we like a shot or two to fix problems, But this is embarrassing. Maybe just bad luck, but bad luck can be fixed by good service. You are a good customer - too good for AP imo.
