And the secret function....
Is hidden in this small button next to the winder.
I had originally assumed it was to advance the jump hour, but it actually is to advance the Minute Repeater by one hour - which allows you to run a second time! So a bit of a harmonic GMT function - and you can run home time or local time with the watch and vice versa with the minute repeater.
Pretty cool function! I think the Patek 5531 WT Minute Repeater has a more easier to use function, but actually running this was a real delight to see and not described so frequently with this model.

Agree a lot - I think the front reminds me a little when you enter La Sagrada Família - organically angled pillars with equivalent fine beveling and finishing as in the back. Blued hands, and that font!!! Peter
