Lots of reference material out there
A friend used to own a Healey 3000 MkIII. IIRC 3 litre straight six, and 150hp. This looks like a MkII which had 140hp, and no power steering. They have heavy clutches too. Driving in town was like doing a weights session in the gym.

In the late 70's l drove....
....an Austin 3 Litre. I believe the same engine as the Healey 3000. Amazing torque!! They also shoe horned the engine into an MGB. Called it the MGC. Brute of a car!!. Best, John.
My sister had one years ago, British Racing Green with white in the side coves, and leopard-skin print top and tonneau cover.
It's the only time I've ever seen one with the leopard-skin top and tonneau. I assume they were aftermarket, probably from J.C. Whitney if you're familiar with the company. They were notorious for bazaar aftermarket accessories. Emil
