I'd say a large percentage of the well-to-do elegant ladies I have met seem to own one of these Breguet timepieces. Often in a very diamond embellished style. They are beautiful watches on the right woman. However, in all of these cases, it's the woman who makes the watch elegant - not the other way around.

+1, though for some reason I more rarely see Breguet watches, on either gender to be honest (Pateks are a relatively popular occurrence for obvious reasons, but then I'd say Cartier aside from the usual Rolexes, AP, etc... ;-)
But the elegance of these pieces, combined with the horological value of the brand, does indeed seem a very good choice for the sophisticated lady! Cheers.
