Chopard

I first encountered the Chopard L.U.C. when Walt Odets published his outstanding review on TimeZone about ten years ago (one of a series of incredibly detailed watch reviews he did). Then in 2002 or 2003, I acquired one of the first series of L.U.C. watch...  

makes one pause and wonder how anyone into fine and classic watchmaking with a touch of present day aesthetics could have missed this. Basing said review from your superbly written perspective shows the answer. This most likely is not a watch that elicits...

IMO this watch deserves the extra attention and your in depth and first hand review is very much appreciated. I must give it another look as it wasn't compelling enough for me to pull the trigger the first time round and something else manage to get my at...

This is a great piece and probably the only LUC Tech to agree with my eye immediately. For anyone looking to start their appreciation of LUC, I think this watch at its price point makes it very hard to ignore.

As well as the detailed photos. You echoed my very first thoughts upon seeing that first photo. I too instantly thought how similar the dial looked to a Simplicity.

A great review of a very elegant piece. It's one of the most beautiful creations by Chopard I've ever seen. If it were a couple of milimeters bigger, I'd probably consider picking one up.

For me this is also the most beautiful "Tech" watch in the LUC line. Very niced balanced. The critical review adds only more value to the qualities of this watch.

If that is so, then, Geneva Seal and PP Seal are equally the same. Isn't it painful for you to buy and keep a watch which is believe to be tainted with marketiing gimmick? Please do pay a visit to QF plant (if you haven't done so) and then tell us that yo...

First, congratulations on attaining a beautiful timepiece. I think this is the best of the Qualite Fleurier line. The dial is so very attractive. It manages to be both elegant and youthful, edgy. Not an easy feat! The L.U.C. movement is beautifully finish...
