2 very funny Table Clocks.
During the Reverso auction in May 15th of this year, in Geneva, there was also some nice stuff.
- A Days Game Calendar clock, Ref 399, from the 60ies, which is 25 cm high and 33 cam large:
- A " Golfer " Clock, housing an 8 Days movement, too, from the Fifties.Ref 409, 23 cm High and 17 cm large:
Some quick thoughts, now:
For those who want to collect the JLC Table Clocks, these auctions are a rich mine, but you will quite soon understand that this thema is truly endless.
On the other side, it is also amazing to see how diverse was the production at this moment ( 1930 / early 70ies ).
Since a bit more than 10 years, we can find such diversity when it comes to wristwatches, but what about these Table Clocks?
Indeed, this is something I would like a lot to see JLC exploring.
