A pleasant 20 minutes changing the battery
This is the new-generation GS equivalent of the quartz VFA Seiko reported on yesterday by KMII. The star on the dial and the highly decorated movement (even with shock absorbing jewel!) are clues to the specially-selected crystals which give accuracy to +5 to -5 seconds a year. This high precision rate is achieved by the use of quartz crystals aged and then individually selected for their particular performance characteristics. The same commitment to precision is expressed in every aspect of the watch’s functionality.
