The discussion in another thread with holdemchamp encouraged me to start a thread on Parmigiani. There is lots of respect towards this brand by quite a few in this forum but his pieces don‘t get much screen time. So I decided to take a family shot of my Parmigianis and start a thread here.

The knurling is handmade by one person
I read in a statement by The Hour Glass, that the knurling on the bezels of all Toxic watches is being done by a single artisan since the year 1996. So each piece will have a unique count of the number of knurls on the bezel!!

No gold rotor on my watch. AFAIK, they put the guilloche gold rotor only on the gold versions of the Hemispheres. On my watch, there is a steel rotor, in line with the case material. Enjoy! Daniel ...

It appears you have the Tonda Hemispheres which has a steel rotor. The Toric steel hemispheres has 22K gold rotor

Its just the standard dialed previous version of the Tonda (which I prefer). The newer version has skeletonized hands and they've removed the thin gold oval ring
around the name (which has been enlarged).
