Hi 👋 AP fans, here is my typical
pictorial post after another amazing visit to the AP boutique. Sales manager Vincent saw me a few days earlier wondering in the mall and he kindly asked to go in to check out the new pieces. I could not believe my eyes 👀!
So many grails ! I thought very highly of the John Mayer PC which apparently the lumpy 3-D effect on the dial was created by a hand 🤚 process of adding additional ingredient on the dial !

AP is becoming a one-note company.
...there are only so many dial variations one can do. I prefer the classic look of a simple RO, preferably an older model like the PC without the weeks indicator. I am a fan of the Jules Audemars and John Shaeffer lines...

What did you think of the steel openworked?
The ceramic version is nice, but limited in number. And the yellow gold version looks like the original 15305 version.
I thought highly of the steel openworked, especially with the
contrast between the color of the dial and the bracelet ! On the wrist, the heft was also very good and it must have come from the materials for the dial. Naturally the ceramic one was great ! The yellow gold was a "heavy" hitter heft wise
Maybe I'm biased because I am a big JM fan
But DAMN, that dial is fantastic. It would be perfect if it were 2 mm smaller though... not that I could afford it anyway so it's fine hahaha The travis scott one is... meh, I don't love the association and the branding I don't like the yellow gold skelet...

seen in the metal for one to fully appreciate the intricacy ! Previously I viewed photos from online articles but was not moved. Seeing it in the metal was a different story and my initial feeling was "WOW" !

I gotta admit, I'm not sure about the new DB models with gold-salmon colored movements. I would want to see them in person. The yellow gold model with black bridge, this is a winner. And the John Mayer dial is real good.
