Late report about service

Few weeks ago I reported my experience dropping the watches for service.

After that coming back from picking them up all I have to say is that the RSC in NYC is amazing.

My watch came up from being broken to work as it used to, just perfect. I had to pay for service but wasn’t too terrible as I was expecting, and I got a new warranty for 2 years.

My wife’s watch was acting up when winding and the warranty expired a few months ago. Because it was recently they didn’t charged for the service! Which I think is really important, good to know they own to their work.

I received the watches with some watch holders, both different, which makes me wonder why the two versions.

In any case, if you are ever in need, RSC is the way to go.

PS: I didn’t opt in for polishing and they respected the ask. Saying this because I have heard companies not respecting this.

About 15 business days which was very good considering that happens during December and we all know that month tends to be slow.

I meant how long have you had it if first service or when was the last service? Maybe you had another post about it. Mine is going on 5+ years , my other watches I send in at 5 years this I was going to go until an issue

Mine was 10 years - first service. My wife’s watch - 5 years and some months without issues, also first service

Rolex service is fantastic in NY and better yet in Dallas.

I cannot say the same for about any other brand, except Omega. The worst service, in my experience, is Patek Philippe’s.

Expensive brand with an efficient service attitude

I think this is one of the reasons why Rolex still ranks first among luxury watch brands. Congratulations on owning a brand-new watch!
