Pairing wines with watches and meals for the next seven days, with the help of our wonderful sage and adviser emcquillan.
Hope to provide some notes on the experience, and I've already instructed the resort to prepare decanting at least three hours prior. I decided to go double on the Margaux because it was an incredible highlight from last year, and so we had to save them for Christmas and New Years.
