Food & Wine

Enjoy!

And if you ever come to California, do visit Napa. The Napa wines are brighter than French wines, and while I enjoy French wines when they're young because they're more subdued and subtle, I have to say, a great Californian wine that is very bright, tastes great. And an aged Californian wine (20 years or so) can be an immensely pleasurable experience as the age calms the brightness into a creamy lushness sometimes.
