A favorite subject of mine!

 

My favorites are Pehu-Simonet and Larmandier Bernier, leaning in most cases towards brut nature or extra brut. Having said that, bigger producers like Bollinger and Veuve Clicqot are always welcome as well.

Here´s a post I made a few years back after having had the chance to spend a day in Epernay, something which I highly recommend to anyone that loves Champagne or looking to love it.
