I'm familiar with Larmandier-Bernier, and in fact I have their Terre de Vertus on my list, as it was highly recommended in the Robert Walters book. I've not heard of Pehu-Simonet, but will check them out.
I also need to spent some time going over your photo report...thanks for sharing! I will definitely need to go. I've only been tasting Champagne seriously for about 4 months, so still learning!
