Just starting to get interested in Champagne. With an eye towards ramping up quickly, I picked up a copy of The Champagne Guide by Tyson Stelzer and recently read Bursting Bubbles, by Robert Walters, that profiles a few elite independent growers. The latt...  

But I want to get more experience with Blanc de Blancs in the meantime to ensure I can fully appreciate the qualities of Selosse when the time comes. Is there a version you recommend? VO? Initiale? Thanks for the recommend! Cheers, Brandon
