Would you be getting the VC from boutique as MSRP (or paying premium from grey)?
I ask because while I’m a big fan of skeleton dials, and this GP is one of the top affordable ones, this VC Overseas wins over it because it is an excellent foundational piece that checks so many other boxes and is the stronger/smarter long term choice. Of course, this is assuming you aren’t paying some crazy premium from a grey dealer!
I wish I could get this VC, but the hype already caught up by the time I was ready to get it. But I am considering the black dial version.

the GP is really nice, borrowed the ceramic one for a week.
only issue I've had is contacting their service. most emails go unanswered that I've sent for basic questions, to me unacceptable for a 50k watch.
Get the GP skeleton but NOT from
An AD. Buy it on the secondary market as there are some going for brand new at a massive discounts. Especially here in Singapore. You can PM me for links to the dealer websites. This OS is nice but not spectacular. Paying more for the brand than anything ...

GP skeleton for me.
Has a more interesting/striking dial and a thinner case. The VC is stunning nonetheless, still wonderfully thin with a beautiful dial, and wonderful looking Geneva seal movement. Overall (IMO) the GP just looks far too interesting and fun. 👍
For me the GP
1. It’s an excellent, still underrated brand. 2. The open dial looks stunning. 3. The bracelet is very comfortable. 4. It has no date window that “destroys” the dial. Just MHO. All the best for your decision process. Thomas
GP for me
One of the most well-balanced and top-graded finishiing skeletonized dials I have seen. The flow of the bridges with varying degree of widths echoes the dynamic design of the case. The end result is stunning and unified as a whole.
VC for me

For me it would be the G-P for its exciting dial and design.
The VC, in spite of its quality, is unexciting and is spoilt by the date. If the VC's date's background colour matched the dial and had while numerals, it would be a little more interesting. My 2 pence worth. Clive
I would love to own both actually!
Either one is a great choice. If ever you consider having both at one point the GP is easily available on the grey market at a discount while the VC might be harder to source. Good luck

Both are fine watches, of course, but to me the GP is much more interesting and better looking.
