I think it’s cool they are adding a 40 mm case size to compliment the existing 38 and 42 mm current production sizes
The other watch that comes to mind in this size is the IWC Ingenieur 40 mm. I’ve owned both, and while the IWC is fun, the Laureato is more unique, refined and better finished IMO

The AE is cool. Since the 41 mm case is much too big for my 7 inch wrist , the 38 mm Laureato is the easy choice

As I find it means next to nothing in terms of how a watch wears. There is already a 40 mm laureato Chronograph and I don’t think that the 1 mm extra of the laureato 81000 is going to make a big difference. I also hope that folks start to understand funda...
