Christian, in your post, you said its a pity GP take a hard stance, what do you mean by that? I'm about to acquire a GP Vintage 1945 and would certain like to know what other brand wearer think of a GP'er. Normally I wouldn't let that sort of things bother me at all but would certain like to know what GP's reputation to others. I beleive buying a watch comes down to personal choice. I pick this particular one because I like the look of the watch, the finish of the watch for the price and the direction and philosophy behind GP especially the past 10 years.
