Lange I Tourbillon
Without hesitation, the Lange I Tourbillon; in it's honey gold case, with beatiful gilloche subdial and full not-obstructed view of the tourbillon. 
It's not just the perfect watch IMHO but also the only round cased tourbillon that can be stoped (i'm a bit neurotic about exactly timekeeping).
I also LOVE Lange's so for me is like my dream watch.
Utterly classical, yet with a glaze of modernity

I love the Gyro I but...
It is too hard to wear, for me. And most people I've seen wearing it look...well, a bit ridiculous, like wearing a tuna can on their wrist.
