But of course, I will... Large balance - one of, if not the, largest balance used in a wristwatch. As hand made (even down to no CNC machine) as any watch made in series - and created by some very nice people and of course, most important of all, contains...
Omega central, please . . .

. . . because no other watch expresses the passage of time in as potently symbolic a fashion. The motion of the co-axial escapement itself is endlessly fascinating. Why the Omega rather than the even more exclusive Haldimann? Prudential reasons, mainly . ...

And you can get it serviced
By: mrsnak : April 2nd, 2010-19:03
at a far more reasonable price than so many others. Been thinking about this lately. How good is a watch that will eventually cost you close to the same price paid (or more) for servicing so that you can pass it down to your children? It may never even re...

... tourbillon in a heartbeat as well. There are others, already mentioned in this thread, that I love, but none compare with the FPJ in any iteration. But it's an emotional connection that's hard to explain, at least over the internet. Between us we may ...
Single face
By: Geo : April 3rd, 2010-07:04
Tony you should also have a look at Daniel Roth's first tourbillon, the single face version. This one is made by the man daniel Roth and not by the brand Daniel Roth. It's an absolute amazing watch and IMHO the tourbillon, if I had to choose one. GEO
Lange I Tourbillon
By: LeonDNumidia : April 3rd, 2010-02:24
Without hesitation, the Lange I Tourbillon; in it's honey gold case, with beatiful gilloche subdial and full not-obstructed view of the tourbillon. It's not just the perfect watch IMHO but also the only round cased tourbillon that can be stoped (i'm a bit...
Just one?
