i'm with Art on this one. the Omega would be my first choice
but of course, so many independents and brands for that matter add tourbillons to their complications to show their skill that if you can afford one you would probably have others without choosing them for the tourbillon itself.
just my very humble and lowly opinion. even though i already have a tourbillon its chinese so probably doesnt count
