At Zeitwerk, it ensures the instantaneous change of the time discs and prevents the destruction of the caliber that the otherwise violent force of the huge strong spring would cause.
The tourbillion NT also has a stronger than usual spring. Here Remontoir de égalité creates both a Seconde Morte display as well as an even power distribution over a wider range of the power output.
So in short, no Remontoir de égalité/Constants Force is not just a gemmick for these two watches
