I'm not disagreeing with the sentiment that "thematic" LEs may be overplayed...
but has ANYONE bothered to consider that the Montouk and other specific named LE are/were specifically requested by the dealer/organization they were designed and produced for? And that those retailers, for the most part, have a ready customer base for it? and if not for the internet, most of those for the whom the LE was NOT intended, wouldn't even know about them?
Again, I'm not disagreeing that there are too many LE's - from AP and from many others - but I also strongly feel there is too much LE bashing based on perspectives that are hardly fair or well considered.
