those branded has done their ground work before setup shops there as described by Cen, mainland Chinese are big spender in HK and all major shopping malls all over the world,
if you know how to differentiate Chinese from PRC and elsewhere.
talk about crime, it depends where you go, they are every corner may it developed, emerging or under developed country, so it is not relevant to watch collecting in a country
