Thanks so much for this, Andrew...
... I was just about to see if Google had the results. I am completely blown away that the Patek fetched almost 4 Million US dollars. Wowzee wow wow. Staggering! Unbelievable! I'm surprised the Claret Pinball Machine only garnered a hundred, thirty-five thousand US. The Richard Mille seems to have taken in almost 450 grand... right around the actual retail price of the Usain Bolt watch with the runner's namesake. Glad to see the Ferrier piece getting its due at 176,000 US dollars.
But the clear out-and-out money maker was the Patek Philippe. I wonder who bought it. Thanks for the great rundown. Much needed and appreciated.
Cheers!
