Just look at my OP about the Montblanc Suspended Exo Tourbillon in MB forum and the further discussion where you took part with your very interesting thoughts.

I personally care less and less about from which brand a watch comes from.

But my concern with brands like Chanel, LV, MB Villeret etc. always is:
What is the importance of a watch line within a fashion or luxury label? How much does Chane really care about their watch customers who need service or other support?
Who can I contact with my concerns after the purchase?
If I need something as simple as adjusting the time accuracy, I'm already afraid of the likely completely … clueless and incompetent sales staff in the Chanel boutique and their answer to send the watch somewhere for … months.

If it was $25,000 - $30,000 it would be difficult to ignore this watch. At that price point, however, I will put my dollars elsewhere. Still, it is a beautiful watch.

Agree with comments on price. Indeed, the inconsistent movement finishing doesn't make it a $10k watch and certainly not more, which is a pity, because I like jumping hour watches.
