this isn't about asking for a free service. It's simply a request to fix something that broke and is actually their fault. If they claim it's normal for a watch to get stuck after just 3.5 years, then they have a problem — not the customer.
Moreover, Zenith now offers a 5-year warranty. The customer bought his watch 3.5 years ago, when the warranty was only 2 years. In other words, if the problem occurred today, it would be covered under the current 5-year warranty.
If they care about customer service and are willing to make a small gesture, they should honor the 5-year warranty for this watch as well. I find their current stance completely unacceptable.
Once again, this client who’s also on WatchProSite bought 12 zenith , all new from an AD. All between 10 and 20k and once one around 50k
I dare to say that’s a very good zenith client, one you just can’t tell “well it’s normal your watch movement has seized up after 3.5 years”
