I have one
I've had two MIH watches, both from the first hundred or so of the production.
YOUR article made me order one as soon as I could - and I still had to wait the better part of a year. So I've had mine about 9 years now.
For the last 24 hours I've been trying to decide how to write about my experiences with my watch(s)=as yes, I've owned more than one MIH. But I have kept this one copy longer than almost any other watch I own.
In my research I went back and read previous posts, looked at pictures, got the watch itself and put it on. As I contemplate, let me distract you with some of the historical images.

And now we've come to 10 years.
In summary the watch is unique. It is strong, simple, classical, utilitarian and beautiful. Mine has been reliable. Nothing has broken or fallen off. The strap is a bit faded and a bit stretched.
A no-problemo watch.
Happy 10 years.
Mike
