I would personally be a little upset too, since it is the second (or third) issue you've had. If it is a watch I really like, I try not let reliability issues get in the way of enjoying it. Sometimes the issues pile up or communication is poor and I lose interest in keeping the watch.
If the brand has excellent communication and the watch is mechanically innovative, I will typically be more patient. I am not always persuaded by the marketing that is often blowing a lot of smoke, so I'm not as prone to being disenchanted when things go wrong. I wouldn't expect a well-finished time-only watch with a Swiss lever escapement to have QC issues and I'd expect the same of a single tourbillon.
