I wasn't going to post about it, because in the end we did come to a fair resolve I felt. But when I saw the glowing accolades, I was like wait a minute. That is completely different than my experience. And at least the forum members know not to buy a 201, as cool as a watch that it is being manual wind. Servicing is an issue, don't go through what I went through.

Oh, I can name a couple easily. Maybe that’s the problem in the industry in general, the tolerance of poor after sales service and not naming the brands...don’t you think?

When i had my 103T in for a spa treatment it came back like new and within the time day told me it would take them . Kudos for Urwerk
