I'm not very found of IWC watches, this year.

Each year, I have an eye on what IWC releases, as I quite love this brand.

And for some years, now, I'm a bit deceived.

Things are getting bigger, not necessary nicer, and when they touch some myths, like their Sublime Portuguese Minute Repeater, I don't have the feeling this is in the good way.

For example on this last watch, the delicious round indexes were changed for railroad indexes, the nice movement let its place ofr a F.A Jones, which is nice, but I preferred the aesthetic of the previus one.

The 1st Cousteau Divers was as simple as interesting, the others have a a too busy and colored dial, like the new IWC Diver Watches.

The Big Pilot is less sober than the first release, etc...

The only exception was the release of the Vintage Line, last year.

Well, this is only my personnal take, but I'm personally a bit sad to see that.
