Even with plain movements with any Richemont product until recently (since 2018). My latest experience was with my Big Pilot 5002 which had stopped charging itself on my wrist. Exactly ten days turnaround and the watch came back in better shape and running more accurately that before. I was also told that the Richemont companies have been making drastic changes in Dallas to elevate the quality of customer service. I'd say so far so good...๐
