Memovox are lovely watches!
I had mine on the wrist during the whole Christmas holiday, it was a pleasure to wear and play with. I only wish it has a see through case back like the latest model, but except that, it is perfect!
Maybe one day I'll chase the black one... I tried it once and it felt rather small, with the crowns a bit big for the size of the dial (but I'm rather picky 
)

I have the rose gold version - more formal than the steel one but also beautiful.
I would also add that the gong embedded in the sapphire crystal makes a huge difference - mine has by far the best sounding alarm of any watch that I have ever heard, not just among JLC. Very melodious, high end repeater like.
