Well, this is found...
in the UN Sonata. However, I found that although it was a "pretty" sound, it didn't strike me as an "alarm," due to its quietness. Now, if the 55db gong in the MMR could be transformed - or, even better, if they could make the MMR have a toggle to switch BETWEEN alarm and repeater...THAT would be awesome!
In the meantime, I think it'd be easier to make the Memovox's alarm bend and attach to the crystal. But, I'm not a micromechanical engineer, just a lover of micromechanical engineering!
