Don't forget about the magnification qualities while diving. You don't need a bigger diameter marker to be functional.

When did the blob markers become so large? Too big IMO, and that unfortunately lends a cartoonish look to this one. Too bad, because as you say, a dateless Submersible is a wonderful thing!
