For Panerai I prefer clean and simple. Bought a 372 when it first came out. Loved it but sold it to a friend when size started to bother me. Search for a 44mm replacement started with a
steel 590 (a baby Egizioni?). Later I also bought a titanium 562, simple and with sandwich dial. Quite happy with both. ...

Too big/too much going on...
