HI everyone...
Personally I think the dial is proper from the photos posted , just my opinion. The MOY was basically based on Connie dials... that came after the early Seamaster Chronometres. Also I do not agree with the Omega database on the 2516 with a Seamaster signed dial... If the watch is signed Seamaster it would have some amount of water resistance. A simple snapback case with out a o-ring gasket would not qualify.
As was stated before additional photos of early dial examples of 352 chronometre Seamasters are on line here at the following url:

To the best of my knowledge all the dials here are original and some more aged then others !

Hi, even going by this pix only... - "Chronometre Officially Certified" is clearly printed seperately (added at a later point)from the rest of the dial (different tint of black....etc) - Font seems a bit too large compared to the rest - isn't well centere...
