this is the bit about vintage Omegas that always loses me
i do, however, agree with Bill on this. i thought the MOY system only applied to Constellations so should not be considered here. the dial looks fine to me, but i am no expert in ref numbers etc.
i think we have to go with the 'never say never' system when it comes to assessing these vintage Omegas.

Hi, even going by this pix only... - "Chronometre Officially Certified" is clearly printed seperately (added at a later point)from the rest of the dial (different tint of black....etc) - Font seems a bit too large compared to the rest - isn't well centere...
