unable to explain why you didn’t get the cards. If you have Volume II, number 9, you can maybe check p. 54 and see if the lithograph is announced on the top left of the page. If yes, I really dont understand why you didn’t get the subscription card… Best,...
Found the copy and you are absolutely correct!
Although the announcement was made in such a fine minuscule print that I did completely miss it. Did just see it now. Dang, it would have paid off to have paid more attention some twenty years ago, reading the issues when new.
