If you have Volume II, number 9, you can maybe check p. 54 and see if the lithograph is announced on the top left of the page. If yes, I really dont understand why you didn’t get the subscription card…

Found the copy and you are absolutely correct!
Although the announcement was made in such a fine minuscule print that I did completely miss it. Did just see it now. Dang, it would have paid off to have paid more attention some twenty years ago, reading the issues when new.
