I'm a great fan of Patek complicated watches, and find the moonphase watches particularly appealing! Show your moonies! I must confess: my 5205G dark dial is still double-sealed, I'm waiting for a special occasion to pop the cork and break the seal! Best ...

from VC is to die for, but I don´t like the watch. The 1815 Moonphase is almost perfect, in RG ... ... in PT ... But if I had the choice and if we don´t talk about Patek Philippe, I would probably choose this one ... ...

... catching it right :) The secret, is the right light. This watch has one of the most magical dial, going from a boring grey to a popping white. Always looks different.

Tempus, This is a truly stunning Patek. Every element comes together perfectly on this watch. Not to mention the fact that it's a technical masterpiece. Congrats!

Thank you, Mauiguy! It is really a very special watch. I hope end of january I'll find some time to make some better pics that will show more details. It's amazing how it changes its colour of the dial from different angles.

A classic! I also like the RG with brown dial very much.

... and with its dark blue strap, it is so nice, so elegant, so understated, I really love it. Long long ago I had a 3940G with silver dial, also a great watch but this 5140P is surpassing it by very very far: the color combination is classy and more orig... 

I do not like the new font vs. the 3940, but this dial is an absolute knock-out. Envious!

the ultimate 3940p...! Don't get me wrong, I have only come across one which Patek has approved in writing to supply the sapphire back surrounded by platinum. I held the piece in my hand for the longest time and felt very sad when I couldn't acquired it e...

That's a pretty amazing collection there, man. You have the 5140G too, right? Is a rose gold version of either the 3940 or the 5140 in your collection too or perhaps is next in line for acquisition? Love, love, love the stuff you share and as I mentioned,... 

but read somewhere its color fades over time and became a yellow looking gold and that didn't go down well with me. I'm not sure how it takes for that to occur but since a Patek is staying with me for a pretty long time, I'd be pretty upset to find myself...
