Sadly, I don't have a photograph of my first moonphase Patek - the 5059 in rose gold. I do regret letting that one go! :-(

from VC is to die for, but I don´t like the watch. The 1815 Moonphase is almost perfect, in RG ... ... in PT ... But if I had the choice and if we don´t talk about Patek Philippe, I would probably choose this one ... ...

... catching it right :) The secret, is the right light. This watch has one of the most magical dial, going from a boring grey to a popping white. Always looks different.

I was once determined to get rose gold version
but read somewhere its color fades over time and became a yellow looking gold and that didn't go down well with me. I'm not sure how it takes for that to occur but since a Patek is staying with me for a pretty long time, I'd be pretty upset to find myself...
I traded in my 5119R for the 3940P...
