As far as the wrist comparison is concerned, I would say the 5170 sits flatter on the wrist whereas the 5270 is a bit more "top heavy" (for lack of a better word) and is noticeably heftier due to the additional complications. Furthermore, the lugs are dif...  

The case dimensions don't always tell the full story - as you indicated (especially with the Lange Dato family) and it's so nice to communicate with a person who owns all of the target watches for the human/ergo dynamic element. I had a short, nervous exp...

The applied Brequet numerals are so lovely ! Do you wear this watch the most out of your collection ?

For example, my Daytona doesn't compete well with my Pateks and often my wife has to remind me to give the Rolex wrist time. After all it was my first and has the more compelling story since it was my first big decision. Best, Robert

My holy grail, the best pure chrono ever made. This watch could be the one and only watch till the Judgement Day. I have even sent the Letter to Patek to consider bring it back one day and yes, i kbow its impossible... Great watch and compagnion, wear it ... 

The black dial in combination with the rose gold case and Breguet numerals is indeed striking, and I strongly prefer the square chrono pushers to the round ones on its successor. Cheers, Pieter
