Nor apparently is it discouraged. It is also understandable." There is truth in what he wrote especially when the brand is highly popular and demand is much greater than supply
Your question on "what is a flipper" IMO is an excellent query ! How long do you think one must hold on a highly sought after watch, such as a steel 5711, before one can sell and not being considered as a "flipper", assuming no financial distress ?
