I would have to see them side by side but the 40mm case seems like it would be better for me.
40mm on my wrist seems a
bit small, whereas 45mm is slightly large 43mm is the sweet spot for me regarding Cubitus IMO
And do you think they will also consider

Every detail they changed from the Natilus, made the Cubitus less elegant, attractive and desirable. Why haven‘t they just kept the Natilus in the Program? Everybody, beside the investor collectors, would have been happy. Best, Martin

A step backwards. I do think the wig smaller ones looks best but a bit square with circular movement doesn’t seem elegant more like an afterthought
I personally prefer to refrain from any judgment until I have seen these watches for real.
This type of watches isn't my main focus anyway, but the hands-on experience might be much more attractive than I imagine. Best, Emmanuel

Do reviewers ever measure these with calipers?
This seems a tad thicker than 8.5mm. I forget which, but there was another watch recently that looked massively thicker than what was stated in the review.

Tim Mosso starts with the 5821/1A-001 and says that Patek claims a thickness of 8,3mm but he measures 8,6mm: exactly what you suggested yesterday! Cheers, Emmanuel

It's a bit similar to the way brands
count the complications of their ultra complicated models: hours=1, minutes=2, seconds=3, etc. ;-)
If you can pull off the 45 mm,

On the oscillation mass ? I really prefer the “côtes de Genève” and it’s smoothness from this more modern very “angular and squarish” pattern.

I have tried them, and it is nicely executed but make too “industrial” compared to the more “handmade” feeling of the previous pattern
Other than that the Green dial and the two tone are really nice. The third model has something to me which does not make it.

IMHO Cubitus model line could be more elegant and harmonious without unnecessary and useless wide Nautilus-styled ears.

The smaller size is a step in the right direction
but in my eyes it's still an ugly watch! The 45mm Cubitus is a disaster on my 17,5 cm wrist The new 40mm Cubitus fits quite well but is still "not nice" ...

A friend just tried these in an NYC event.
He said he ordered the original size. And I think PP is going to push the smaller size as a men and ladies watch.
